Alam Damai is located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. It is among the latest developments undertaken by the company. First launched in 1998, it covers an area of 641 acres.
It's a self-contained township developed around a central park. The main component is residential, the balance being, commercial. Close to 50% of the residential units are landed type, this has created a fairly low-density community.
The township is also well supported with facilities like schools, police and fire station, a multipurpose hall, a mosque, public transport terminal, public clinic, kindergarten and a market.
